Calendar
The school dates, where everyone already looks
School-wide, course and personal events, with email reminders and a subscription from your phone’s calendar.
This week
In short
Three levels of event
School-wide, course and personal. Everyone sees the ones that concern them.
Email reminders
With as much notice as each person chooses, not one setting for everybody.
It syncs with your calendar
A private link that Google Calendar and your phone’s calendar read on their own.
In detail
Due dates appear without being duplicated
Publishing an assignment puts it in the calendar of whoever owes it. There is no separate event to create and no two dates to keep in step by hand.
Cancelling gives notice
If an event is cancelled, everyone invited is told. An event that disappears in silence is worse than one that never existed.
The subscription link can be revoked
If someone shares it by accident, it is regenerated and the old one stops working immediately.
