The product in detail

Four modules and an assistant. Each one solves a concrete problem, and none of them depends on the others being set up.

Access

Everyone joins with the role that fits them, once the school says yes

Access approved by the school, roles with concrete permissions and guardian consent for minors.

  • Access request. The person signs up and sets their own password; the administrator accepts or rejects the request.
  • Roles with a scope. A teacher sees their courses; a guardian, their dependants. The scope travels with the role, not with the screen.
  • Guardian authorisation. A minor’s account needs their consent, and they can withdraw it whenever they want.

Progress

What is due, who handed it in and how each student is doing

Assignments with due dates, submissions, grades and a view of progress for the guardian.

  • Everything due in one list. Students see what they have to hand in and by when, sorted by urgency rather than by subject.
  • Marking in one run. Teachers grade one submission after another without going back to the list, with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Guardians see the progress. Without waiting for the report card, and only their own dependants.

Collaboration

The course conversation, inside the course

Channels per course and per subject, threads, attachments and moderation, with a history that does not vanish when you change phones.

  • One channel per course. Created on its own when the school year opens. Nobody has to manage groups by hand.
  • Threads, not an endless list. Each topic has its thread, so a question from October is still findable in March.
  • Real moderation. An inappropriate message is withdrawn, and it is on record who withdrew it and why.

Calendar

The school dates, where everyone already looks

School-wide, course and personal events, with email reminders and a subscription from your phone’s calendar.

  • Three levels of event. School-wide, course and personal. Everyone sees the ones that concern them.
  • Email reminders. With as much notice as each person chooses, not one setting for everybody.
  • It syncs with your calendar. A private link that Google Calendar and your phone’s calendar read on their own.

Assistant

Asking instead of searching

An artificial intelligence assistant that answers about what the person asking can already see, cites its sources and writes nothing.

  • It answers in plain language. «How am I doing in maths?» instead of learning to filter a table.
  • It cites where it got it. Every answer links to the records it consulted, so it can be checked.
  • It never changes anything. It is read-only. It does not create assignments, does not grade and does not send messages.
